## Summary

**This bill would require a congressional study of how new commercial and industrial water users affect reservoirs managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.** The Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, would carry out the review. - House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure and the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works: would receive a report on the study no later than 180 days after enactment. - The public: the Corps of Engineers must make the study and report available on a Corps website so the findings are publicly accessible.
