## Summary

**Creates reciprocal data-sharing between the Veterans Health Administration and HHS/CMS to spot veterans enrolled in both VA and federal health programs and reduce duplicate or improper billing.** The bill would have VA transmit enrollment and billing data to HHS and require HHS to identify and return lists of veterans also in Medicare, Medicaid, or Medicare Advantage plans.
