## Summary

**Limits former Members' ability to cash in on lobbying.** This bill would tie a former Member's federal annuity to any income they receive from major lobbying firms and extend financial disclosure rules for up to 10 years. - Former Members of Congress: Must file an annual financial disclosure for 10 years or for as long as they receive an annuity.
