## Summary

**Allow point-access block design in military housing**. This bill would require a targeted, interagency study on whether revising the Department of Defense building code to permit point-access block residential buildings would affect housing supply, costs, and safety. - Military families and single service members could see changes in the supply and quality of on-base housing if the design increases buildable units or speeds construction.
