## Summary

**Broadens eligibility for the Conservation Reserve Program by treating land subject to Tribal, State, or local conservation rules as qualifying while excluding lands under administrative or court-ordered requirements.** This bill would change which acres can enroll by elevating local and Tribal environmental requirements in the eligibility test and by removing a separate Secretary-level determination from part of the statute.
