## Summary

**Eliminate child marriage in the United States**. This bill sets up a national commission to study child marriage, ties federal grant incentives to state bans on under-18 marriage, and tightens immigration and federal property rules to limit underage marriages. - Survivors and families: Establishes a 10-member National Commission that must include at least one survivor and issue interim and final reports on laws, service gaps, and outcomes. The Department of Justice will produce a model State statute that lets individuals who married as minors petition to void those marriages. - States and local programs: Creates competitive State task forces to collect up to 10 years of data and recommend protections. Authorizes $375,000 annually for task force grants and authorizes $5.0 million annually for the State incentive program for FY2027–2032. - Immigrants and federal processes: Raises age thresholds for fiancé and spouse visas so petitioners and beneficiaries are generally 18, requires private interviews when underage marriages are involved, updates visa forms, and mandates multilingual public outreach. *Authorizes roughly $35.3 million in federal funding from 2027 through 2032; if appropriated, this would increase federal spending.*
