## Summary

**Improving transparency for veterans choosing education programs.** The VETT Act would require schools that cannot give a complete personalized enrollment form to instead say which items may be missing and supply their best estimate. It would also require the VA to maintain a central website that posts and regularly updates information about training for school certifying officials. - Veterans and students would get clearer pre-enrollment notices that identify which cost, aid, or outcome data may be incomplete and provide the school's best available estimate. - Educational institutions would be allowed to submit a form with an attached notice when they cannot produce every required data point and must include the best estimate available on the notice date. - School certifying officials and the public would have one VA website to find and track information about the training those officials receive, updated on a regular basis.

- Notice when VA education form is incomplete: benefit, low. If enacted, schools would have to give you a written notice when your VA education form is missing required details. The notice would list which parts are missing or may be wrong. It would also include the school’s best estimate for those items on the date of the notice.
