## Summary

**Establish State offices of women’s health**. This bill would create a federal grant program to help States set up and run offices focused on prevention, maternal and reproductive health, chronic disease, and reducing disparities. - Families and women: State offices would fund public education on preventive care, early detection, chronic disease management, reproductive and maternal health, and help tackle social determinants like housing instability, transportation, and food insecurity. - States and health agencies: Each eligible State could receive grants to establish or maintain an office; funding is split 50% equally among States and 50% by a formula using female population, maternal mortality, female poverty, and rural population. - Providers, researchers, and communities: Offices must collect and share de-identified, aggregated data, act as a public clearinghouse for best practices, and convene annual stakeholder panels with providers, federally qualified health centers, Title X centers, researchers, Medicaid officials, and community groups. - Reproductive health and privacy protections: Grant funds cannot be used to discourage or misrepresent reproductive health services, and collected data are barred from civil or criminal use and must be de-identified. *If enacted and funded, the bill authorizes $55.0 million per year for FY2027–2031 to support these grants, increasing federal outlays by that amount when appropriated.*
