## Summary

**Authorizes Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. to establish a memorial on federal land in the District of Columbia and its environs.** The project would honor the original Tuskegee Airmen who served in the U.S. Army Air Forces during World War II and must follow the rules in chapter 89 of title 40, United States Code. - Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. would be solely responsible for fundraising and paying all costs. It would accept contributions and must pay the maintenance and preservation amount required by law. - Federal funds may not be used to pay any expense of establishing the memorial, which limits direct federal spending on the project. - If money remains after paying all establishment costs and the required maintenance deposit, Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. must transmit the balance to the Secretary of the Interior for the designated memorial account. If the memorial authority expires with leftover funds, those funds must move to a separate National Park Foundation memorials account for use by the Secretary of the Interior or the Administrator of General Services.
