## Summary

**Creates a federal offense for entering the United States to give birth to a child whose parents are not U.S. nationals or lawful permanent residents.** The bill would set prison terms of at least 10 years if the birth occurs in the United States, up to 25 years otherwise, and allow district courts to order removal at sentencing. - Pregnant noncitizens who knowingly enter the United States to give birth would face prosecution under the new offense and prison terms of at least 10 years if the birth happens in the U.S., or up to 25 years otherwise. - People convicted under this section could have a judicial order of removal entered by a U.S. district court at the time of sentencing. - The bill amends 18 U.S.C. §1546 by adding a birthing misrepresentation component and a new subsection that explicitly grants district courts jurisdiction to enter removal orders at sentencing.
