## Summary

**Stops fee waivers for U.S. citizenship applications.** This bill would prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from waiving or reducing any fee charged in connection with an application for United States citizenship. The only exception allows fee waivers or reductions for current or former members of the Armed Forces who apply under sections 328 or 329 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
