## Summary

**Standardizes which flags may be displayed in House facilities.** This resolution would limit displays in House office buildings, committee spaces, and other House-controlled areas to the U.S. flag, House flags and insignia, a Member's state flag adjacent to their office, military service flags, the POW/MIA flag, flags eligible for the Bureau of Indian Affairs Hall of Tribal Nations, and flags of visiting foreign dignitaries. Oversight would be assigned to the House Administration Committee and the Sergeant at Arms, who must set a process for temporary exceptions and require compliance within 30 days of enactment.
