## Summary

**Ban on foreign national flags on the House floor.** This bill would prohibit a Member, Delegate, or the Resident Commissioner from bringing or displaying any flag of a foreign nation on the House floor while it is in session. It allows two exceptions: wearing a foreign-flag lapel pin and using a depiction of a foreign flag as part of an exhibit during a speech or debate if that use complies with the Rules of the House. Enforcement is assigned to the Sergeant-at-Arms.
