**Preventing and punishing genocide in Gaza.** This bill would direct U.S. policy to stop certain arms transfers, press legal accountability for alleged crimes, and boost humanitarian support for Palestinians through UNRWA funding. - Palestinians and humanitarian agencies: Would call for robust funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East to meet urgent needs and frame U.S. action around allegations of genocide. - U.S. military assistance and Israel: Would require ceasing transfers of arms or equipment to Israel or third states when there is reason to suspect use in operations that have involved or could involve genocide.
