## Summary

**Provides a backup funding source so the FAA can keep running at prior-year levels.** This bill would let the Federal Aviation Administration continue the programs, projects, and activities that it funded in the preceding fiscal year using the Airport and Airway Trust Fund if Congress has not enacted FAA appropriations or a continuing resolution.
