## Summary

**Abolish the United States African Development Foundation (USADF).** This bill would repeal the African Development Foundation Act, transfer the USADF's functions, assets, and any unexpended balances to the Secretary of State, treat any statutory or regulatory reference to the USADF or its officers as a reference to the Secretary of State or Department of State, and specify that former USADF officers would not have to be reappointed.
