## Summary

**This bill would require institutions found responsible for antisemitic institutional misconduct to repay federal aid and let agencies pause funding after court injunctions.** It focuses enforcement on whole programs and creates a coordinated mechanism for recoupment and suspension of assistance. - Recipients of federal financial assistance would have to repay the amount provided for a program or activity for any fiscal year in which they are found noncompliant, even if the funds were already spent. Repayments would be collected as a claim of the United States under chapter 37 of title 31. - If a court issues an injunction in a case alleging violation, the federal department that provides assistance would withhold all federal aid to the recipient until the court certifies compliance or until 1 year passes. Covered federal departments must notify each other and stop aid until that date. - The bill expands remedies so a finding of noncompliance applies to the entire program or activity, and it requires coordination among agencies to suspend assistance pending compliance or time passage.
