## Summary

**Creates a new federal crime for unauthorized entry onto closed or restricted Department of Defense property.** It would make it unlawful within the United States to enter DoD property that is clearly marked closed or restricted without authorization and imposes fines and jail time: up to 180 days for a first offense, up to 3 years for a second, and up to 10 years for a third or subsequent offense.
