## Summary

**Ties federal student aid access to colleges' handling of antisemitic events.** This bill would condition an institution’s participation in Title IV student aid programs on whether it authorizes, facilitates, funds, or otherwise supports events that meet the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) working definition of antisemitism. - Colleges and universities would have to stop authorizing, facilitating, or funding events the IHRA definition describes as antisemitic or risk losing access to Title IV federal student aid. - Students could face disruptions to their federal student aid if their institution becomes ineligible for Title IV because it supported events judged antisemitic. - Campus compliance and event-approval offices would use the IHRA working definition and its examples to decide which events receive institutional support.
