## Summary

**Raises the minimum orange juice solids to defend domestic producers.** This bill would change the pasteurized orange juice standard of identity so finished pasteurized orange juice must contain not less than 10.0 percent orange juice soluble solids by weight, excluding solids from any added optional sweetening ingredients. It would also preserve the Secretary of Health and Human Services' authority to issue regulations that amend the standard in the future.
