## Summary

**Protects Ruby Mountains and Ruby Lake National Wildlife Refuge from mineral leasing.** This bill would withdraw about 309,272 acres of National Forest System land in the Ruby Mountains subdistrict and about 39,926 acres of the Ruby Lake National Wildlife Refuge from all forms of mineral leasing, subject to valid existing rights.
