## Summary

**Disclosure of People's Republic of China (PRC) government ties** would be required for companies listing securities, covering state financial support, conditions tied to that support, Chinese Communist Party (CCP) committees inside firms, and officer or director ties to the CCP or PRC government. - Companies with PRC links would have to disclose whether they received PRC subsidies, grants, loans, tax concessions, procurement benefits, or other support, and the conditions attached to that support. - Investors would get that information at initial listing and in each annual report, giving more transparency about potential state influence and personnel ties. - U.S. exchanges would need rules to force these disclosures and the Securities and Exchange Commission would have 180 days after enactment to amend its rules to implement them.
