## Summary

**Boost notice of VA home loan eligibility** by adding a short message to the Uniform Residential Loan Application that tells applicants with military service they may qualify for a Department of Veterans Affairs home loan. - Veterans and current service members would more often see a clear prompt on the mortgage form that they may qualify for VA direct or guaranteed home loans. - The Federal Housing Finance Agency would be required to order enterprises that use the URLA, such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, to add the disclaimer within six months. - The Government Accountability Office would study adoption and report within 18 months on whether at least 80% of lenders using the URLA included the notice.
