## Summary

**Tracks federal subawards to entities in named foreign countries of concern and requires public disclosure.** This bill would expand the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act by redefining "subaward," creating a new "covered subaward" category for foreign recipients as defined in the Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021, and adding data-disclosure obligations and agency guidance requirements. - Federal agencies would adopt a new reporting category for foreign subawards and follow Director-issued guidance to standardize compliance within 90 days. - Prime award recipients would have to disclose covered subawards they pass through, including subawards that a subrecipient passes to another subrecipient. - Entities located in a foreign country of concern or designated as foreign entities of concern would have covered subaward data disclosed under FFATA rules, and the requirement applies to a covered subaward for any amount.
