## Summary

**Centralized pregnancy support network.** This bill would create a federal portal and data framework to expand and coordinate prenatal and postnatal services and supports for pregnant and parenting individuals. It would fund targeted grants and telehealth for underserved areas and set rules around enforcing support for unborn children. - Pregnant people and families would see a single website, pregnancy.gov, with ZIP-code matching, distance filters, multilingual access, user consented outreach, and performance reporting to connect users to prenatal and postnatal care, including telehealth. Funding pathways are authorized for 2025–2030. - Pregnancy support centers and nonprofits could access a new Positive Alternatives for Women grant program for information, referrals, and direct services. The program includes privacy protections similar to HIPAA, monitoring requirements, and prohibits using funds for abortion-related activities. Federal funding opportunities will be listed publicly on the portal. - States must submit lists of licensed private child placement agencies for a public national list and report to Congress on agencies and disciplinary actions. The bill would amend Social Security rules to let states pursue biological-father support for unborn children on request, allow courts to set amounts and possible retroactive collection, and include safety and consent protections with a two-year delayed effective date for those support provisions.
