## Summary

**This bill would create a funded national outreach and education strategy to reduce mental health stigma in Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities.** It would also require systematic reviews and disaggregated data collection to track youth mental health and workforce gaps. - AANHPI individuals and families would get culturally and linguistically tailored outreach and public information on evidence‑based treatments, with consumers and community members involved in developing materials. - AANHPI youth would be the focus of a systematic review of prevalence, suicide and overdose patterns, treatment receipt, and barriers, with a final report to congressional health committees and public disclosure within a year. - The bill would map the AANHPI behavioral health workforce, identify enrollment and access barriers, and produce recommendations. It would also require annual public reporting and authorize $3.0 million per year for outreach for FY2026–2030 and $1.5 million each in FY2026 for the youth and workforce reviews. *Would authorize $3.0 million annually for FY2026–2030 and one‑time $1.5 million authorizations for each review in FY2026, increasing federal spending by those amounts.*
