## Summary

**This bill would shift and expand who decides who can be removed quickly at the border by giving the Secretary of Homeland Security sole control over many expedited removal decisions.** It would broaden which inadmissible noncitizens can be processed under expedited removal and raise a key evidentiary test in the statute.
