## Summary

**Allows livestock producers to take black vultures to protect animals.** The bill would let a covered person act against a black vulture they reasonably believe will cause death, injury, or destruction to livestock, bans taking by poison, and creates an annual reporting requirement to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. - Livestock producers and their employees: Would be authorized to capture, kill, disperse, or transport a black vulture carcass when they reasonably believe the bird will harm livestock.
