## Summary

**Counts active-duty service toward Public Service Loan Forgiveness for service members and the NOAA Commissioned Corps.** This bill would deem certain deferred and forborne monthly payments made during covered active duty as qualifying PSLF payments and creates a special waiver to address long periods of service. - Service members, including National Guard and full-time NOAA Commissioned Corps personnel, would have active-duty service treated as "covered active duty" for PSLF.
