## Summary

**Creates an Army operational experimentation program to test optionally piloted rotary-wing aircraft (OPVs) and evaluate their military utility in contested, multi-domain operations.** It would require converting at least three existing Army rotary-wing aircraft and run a two-year experimentation period to study integration with crewed aircraft, cost and maintenance effects, and to develop future tactics and procedures.
