## Summary

**Standardizes VA loan disclosure and adds a military service question to the standard mortgage form.** This bill would add VA loan information to the Federal Housing Administration informed consumer disclosure and require the Federal Housing Finance Agency to put a military service question on the Uniform Residential Loan Application. - Veterans and military households would see VA-guaranteed loan details reflected in FHA consumer disclosures and have military status captured on the URLA to allow better tracking of veteran access to mortgage credit. - Lenders would be required to include new VA loan information in disclosures but would not be required to determine a borrower's VA eligibility when providing the notice. - Federal housing enterprises and the regulator would have to add the military service question to the URLA, place it above the signature line, and the FHFA Director would have to issue implementing rules within six months after enactment.
