## Summary

**Repeal of five executive orders targeting LGBTQI+ people and a ban on federal funding to enforce them.** This bill would void five named executive orders and bar federal funds from being used to implement, administer, or enforce those orders. - LGBTQI+ people: Would block rules that the bill says mandate discrimination, refuse appropriate federal identity markers, and could weaken protections in employment, education, housing, and health care. - Transgender youth and families: Would prevent directives that limit transgender health care for people under age 19 and that exclude transgender students from school sports or require schools to deny their existence. - Servicemembers: Would overturn orders that reinstate or expand a ban on transgender people serving in the military. - Federal funding recipients: Agencies, schools, and other entities that receive federal money would be barred from using those funds to carry out the five specified orders. *The bill includes a savings clause saying nothing in the bill should be read to impair any constitutional authority of the President.*
