## Summary

**Control over personal reproductive and sexual health data.** This bill would create a federal privacy regime for personal reproductive or sexual health information. It would limit data collection, give people clear rights to access, correct, and delete that information, require transparent privacy policies, and allow enforcement by the Federal Trade Commission and private lawsuits. - Individuals: People would get explicit rights to access, correct, and delete their reproductive or sexual health information. They would be protected from retaliation when they use those rights and would receive timely responses in machine-readable form. - Businesses and platforms: Companies that handle this data would have to minimize what they collect, publish detailed privacy policies, and limit third-party disclosures. Violations could trigger FTC enforcement and private lawsuits with damages, injunctive relief, and attorneys' fees, and pre-dispute arbitration or class waiver clauses would be invalid for these disputes. - Health and nonprofit carve-outs: Entities covered by HIPAA and their business associates are excluded, as are certain public-health activities and some nonprofits. The bill also preserves stronger state privacy protections and coordinates with existing federal rules.
