## Summary

**Expands intergovernmental support agreement (IGSA) partnerships.** This bill would let the Department of Defense partner with other federal agencies and with state, local, and tribal governments to provide, receive, or share installation-support services, broaden which DoD funds can pay IGSA costs, extend an IGSA authority date to 2030, expand eligible facility costs, and create a pilot for long-term, service-specific IGSA arrangements. - Federal agencies: Would allow DoD or state, local, and tribal partners to team with other federal agencies under IGSAs to deliver or share base support services. - Funding and costs: Would permit payment of IGSA costs from additional DoD accounts, including operations and maintenance, research and development, ammunition procurement, military construction, and non-appropriated funds, and would explicitly cover repair, construction, maintenance, and facility operation costs. - Pilot and time horizon: Would extend an existing IGSA applicability date to 2030 and authorize a pilot that allows up to one 20-year IGSA for each service (Army, Navy, Air Force) to test extended, cross-service arrangements.
