## Summary

**Expands and strengthens mental-health support for farming communities.** The bill would extend and revise the Farm and Ranch Stress Assistance Network to explicitly fund crisis lines and broaden connections to health providers. - Farmers and ranchers would have clearer access to professional agricultural behavioral health counseling, helplines, crisis lines, and online resources through the Network. - States, Indian tribes, and qualified nonprofit organizations could receive competitive grants to run those programs, with authorized funding of $15 million per year for FY2026–2030. - Grant recipients may form referral relationships with certified community behavioral health clinics, health centers, rural health clinics, Federally qualified health centers, and critical access hospitals to connect people to care. *Would authorize $15 million per year for FY2026–2030 for the Network, up from $10 million per year previously.*
