## Summary

**Protects individuals' ability to use and self-custody convertible virtual currency.** This bill would bar heads of Federal agencies from prohibiting, restricting, or otherwise impairing a covered user's ability to use convertible virtual currency to buy goods or services for personal use and from restricting self-custody via a self-hosted wallet.
