## Summary

**Creates a federal list of "anarchist jurisdictions" tied to limiting federal grant access.** The bill would direct the Attorney General to publish and update that list and require the Office of Management and Budget to issue guidance to agencies on restricting grants to listed jurisdictions. - State and local governments could be named and then be disfavored or restricted from receiving federal grants. - The Attorney General would publish the initial list within 14 days and update it at least every 180 days, consulting the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget for each update. - Jurisdictions could be designated based on policies that prevent law enforcement from intervening amid widespread violence, disempower or defund police, block policing of areas or structures, or unreasonably refuse federal law enforcement assistance.
