## Summary

**Exempts certain intrastate custom-slaughtered meat from federal inspection.** This bill would let animals slaughtered and prepared at state-approved custom slaughter facilities be sold only within that same State to households and to restaurants, grocery stores, hotels, and similar businesses, provided the facility follows the State's laws.
