## Summary

**Creates a special-use permit to place and maintain a U.S. flagpole at Kyhv Peak Lookout Point in the Uinta National Forest.** - Local residents and nonprofits: The bill would give the first 10-year permit to Robert S. Collins of Provo, Utah.
