## Summary

**Creates dedicated domestic terrorism units across DHS, DOJ, and the FBI.** The bill would also require coordinated training, reporting, and civil rights compliance to focus federal efforts on extremist violence, especially White supremacist and neo-Nazi threats. - Federal agencies: Would establish a DHS Domestic Terrorism Unit, a DOJ Domestic Terrorism Office led by a Domestic Terrorism Counsel, and an FBI Domestic Terrorism Section. Each office must include at least one civil rights and civil liberties compliance employee and provide annual anti-bias training. - State, local, Tribal, and uniformed services: Would require training on domestic terrorism and the risk of White supremacist and neo-Nazi infiltration. It would create an Interagency Task Force within 180 days and require a joint report within one year. - Communities and hate-crime response: Would authorize a federal hate-crimes nexus program, expand the Community Relations Service to assist affected communities, and expand FBI hate-crimes liaison duties. DOJ, DHS, and the FBI must publish biannual reports with disaggregated data on investigations, arrests, prosecutions, convictions, and weapons recoveries.
