## Summary

**Bars reimbursements for abortions from tax-advantaged health accounts.** The bill would prevent using Health Savings Accounts, Archer medical savings accounts, health Flexible Spending Arrangements, health reimbursement arrangements, and retiree health accounts to pay for abortions except in narrow cases. - People with HSAs or Archer MSAs: They would not be able to use those accounts to pay for abortions except for the bill's narrow exceptions. - Workers with employer FSAs or HRAs: These plans would be barred from reimbursing abortion expenses except for the same exceptions.
