## Summary

**Applies the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA) fully to the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo and the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe.** This bill would add a rule of construction to the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo and Alabama and Coushatta Indian Tribes of Texas Restoration Act and strike sections 107 and 207 to remove conflicting regulatory language and put those tribes on the same regulatory footing as other federally recognized tribes operating gaming under IGRA.
