**Repeals D.C.'s 2022 policing reform and restores prior local law.** This bill would repeal the Comprehensive Policing and Justice Reform Amendment Act of 2022 (D.C. Law 24-345) and revive any provision that the 2022 Act amended or repealed, effectively restoring the status quo ante. The measure is limited to undoing that law and does not add funding, tax changes, new programs, eligibility rules, enforcement provisions, phase-in dates, or targeted geographic or demographic rules.
