## Summary

**Adds annual public testimony for the CDFI Fund.** This bill would amend the Community Development Banking and Financial Institutions Act of 1994 to require the Secretary of the Treasury or a designee to testify each year before the House Committee on Financial Services or the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs about the CDFI Fund's operations in the prior fiscal year. The testimony would occur when scheduled by the chairs of those committees or their subcommittees.
