## Summary

**This bill would create a one-time pilot allowing the Gateway Arch Park Foundation to host private events in Gateway Arch National Park buildings while protecting park resources and recovering event costs.** It sets rules on timing, staffing, insurance, and limits to protect visitor access and park integrity. - Families and visitors may see occasional exclusive events in the Arch Visitor Center or Old Courthouse, but events must not block public access or degrade the park. - Park managers would set dates, times, maximum events per month, and staffing levels to protect safety and resources during private events. - The Gateway Arch Park Foundation could be the exclusive event host in specified spaces under a single agreement lasting up to five years and must carry liability insurance; the federal government would not be liable for injuries from Foundation use. - The Secretary must charge fees to cover wear and tear and may recover all event-related costs, including maintenance, utilities, security, and personnel. - The authority would sunset seven years after enactment and the Secretary must report to Congress within four years on access, staffing, facilities, and financial results.
