## Summary

**Creates a national public safety messaging campaign to stop the illegal passing of stopped school buses.** The Secretary of Transportation would, within one year, produce and distribute television ads on national broadcasts, radio spots, social media content, and other materials to educate drivers about the danger to children and others, may take steps to prevent the campaign from being limited to digital downloads or regional distribution, and may use amounts otherwise available to the Secretary for public safety messaging.
