## Summary

**Conveys about 124.23 acres of federal land to the City of Price, Utah for public purposes.** This bill would direct the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Bureau of Land Management, to transfer all federal right, title, and interest in the parcels shown on a BLM map dated May 8, 2025. The transfer is authorized despite sections 202 and 203 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act and remains subject to valid existing rights. The Secretary may correct minor map errors. If the land is used for an unauthorized purpose the Secretary, after consulting the State of Utah and giving notice, public comment, and an opportunity for a hearing and to correct the use, may cause the land to revert to the United States.
