## Summary

**Bars federal funding for explosive nuclear weapons tests that produce any yield.** The No Nuclear Testing Act of 2025 would prohibit obligating or spending funds authorized for fiscal year 2026 from being used to conduct or prepare any explosive nuclear weapons test that produces any yield. It would also bar spending earlier-authorized funds that are available to be obligated at enactment for those tests. The bill preserves nuclear stockpile stewardship activities that are consistent with a zero-yield standard and other legal requirements.
