## Summary

**Removes the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem population of grizzly bears from the federal endangered and threatened list.** It would require the Secretary of the Interior to reissue the 2017 final rule within 180 days and to do so without regard to other laws that normally apply to issuing such rules.
