## Summary

**Suspends or revokes security clearances for former DoD personnel who lobby for listed Chinese military companies.** This bill would strip or suspend eligibility for classified access for retired or separated members of the Armed Forces and Department of Defense civilian employees who engage in lobbying for companies identified by the Secretary of Defense and listed on the Treasury Non-SDN Chinese Military-Industrial Complex Companies List.
